Martin Davison Photography

My name is Martin Davison (gives it away above a bit) and I started my photography as a hobby, mainly of the night sky, but then realised how beautiful our area of the world is.  I found myself taking more pictures of landscapes, seascapes, industrial and urban locations, which I thoroughly enjoy. 

I currently still work full time and since I no longer work nightshifts, I started looking at other ways to utilise my spare time.  At this point I had been posting my pictures on Facebook and getting quite a lot of positive feedback.  I then wondered if people would purchase my images to display in their homes/offices.  After a bit of research, I realised people enjoyed my work and it was worth the time to progress in that direction.

Since then, I have put together numerous pictures of our local area from Yarm to Darlington, Lake District to Cornwall and other areas I have visited.

Here, on my website, you will see a selection of my work which I have chosen to display.  Please enjoy viewing them, as much as I enjoyed taking them.
